TRAINERS
NETWORK/TRAINING PROGRAM:
The
Careprovider.org Inc trainer’s network and training program was designed to
consolidate in one place, a fully integrated resource of very qualified and
competent trainers for foster/youth care providers, schools and other
organizations that are dedicated at advancing quality youth care, human services
and education. Our qualified trainers will be dispatched to your organization
upon your request to meet your various training
needs.

TRAINING
PROGRAM ELEMENTS: Residential
Treatment, Mental Health, Juvenile Justice and School program staff participates
in a Training Program on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Topics include issues
pertaining to working with children and adolescent in residential treatment
milieu, schools, day treatment programs, juvenile justice centers and
communities etc. However, topics may change depending on current events in the
community. Please see some of our Training Topics.
The Training Program also involves a Monthly In-Service where expert trainers
are invited to come and speak at various Careprovider Trainer’s Network
service areas on a variety of topics.

TRAINING
GOALS: The Training Program
at Careprovider.org was developed to establish a standard of competency for
staff/trainee’s. This includes learning child development, managing behavioral
programs, treatment planning, psychological disorders, counseling, social work
etc. We expect our trainee’s performance level to improve as a result of our
comprehensive training program. It is also important that our trainee’s have a
familiarity in working with children and adolescents in a variety of care type
settings and community. The training program will help promote a unique
perception of children and adolescent in these unique care type settings to our
trainee’s and will involve building solidarity, a mission, and a purpose. This
also involves realizing the importance of their work and honing their skills.

TRAINING
REQUIREMENTS: The
developed training program has been incorporated to meet the Department of
Social Services Community Care Licensing and Board of Behavioral Sciences,
Continuing Education Provider Requirements.

TRAINER
QUALIFICATIONS: Trainers are
experts in their fields (i.e. psychological disorders, types of therapeutic
interventions, residential care issues, etc.) All scheduled trainers meet the
Department of Social Services Community Care Licensing and Board of Behavioral
Sciences, Continuing Education Provider Requirements for trainers. |
